Line Host Operations LLC ("LineHost", "we", "us") — AI Voice Agent Services
Last Updated: September 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information LineHost collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and how long we keep it. LineHost is a small business operated by Andrew Park in Berkeley, California.
1. Who This Policy Covers
This policy covers three groups:
Website visitors — anyone who visits linehostoperations.com.
Clients and prospective clients — business owners who book a call with us, submit our signup form, sign a Service Agreement, or use our services.
Callers — members of the public who call a client's business phone number and speak with an AI voice agent operated by LineHost. Callers do not have a direct relationship with LineHost; we handle their information on behalf of the business they called.
2. Website Visitors
We collect nothing from visitors to linehostoperations.com. The site is a static website with no analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies, and no fingerprinting. We do not know who visits the site or what pages they view.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, may generate standard server logs as a normal part of delivering the site. We have not enabled any analytics product on our hosting account and do not access visitor-level data.
3. Prospective Clients Who Book a Call
If you book an introductory call with us through our scheduling page, we collect your name and email address. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com on our behalf.
We use this information only to contact you about our services. We do not add you to a marketing list or sell your information.
4. Prospective Clients Who Submit Our Signup Form
If you submit the signup form at signup.linehostoperations.com, we collect your business name, business phone number, contact email, address, hours, reservation policies, menu files you upload, allergen and dietary information, and any other details you choose to provide, including whether you were referred by another business. We use this information to build a working demo of the Services for your restaurant and to contact you about it.
This information is stored in our database (Supabase) and, for uploaded menu files, in Supabase's file storage. Immediately after you submit the form, we send a copy of what you submitted to the email address you provided, and a copy to us, so both parties have a record of exactly what was submitted. These emails are delivered through our email provider, Resend.
If you do not become a paying client, we delete this information from our systems thirty (30) days after submission. This does not extend to copies already delivered to your own inbox, which are outside our control once sent. If you become a client, this information becomes part of your client business information as described in Section 5.
5. Clients
When you become a client, we collect:
Contact and contract information — your name, business email address, and business phone number, provided when you sign a Service Agreement.
Business operating information — hours, menu or service details, policies, frequently asked questions, and similar operational details, which you supply through our signup form or directly to us. This is information about your business, used to build your AI voice agent's knowledge base so that it answers callers accurately. We do not ask for personal information about you or your staff through this form.
Dashboard login credentials — an email and password we set up for you (or your designated staff) to access LineHost's dashboard, where your restaurant's orders and reservations appear.
Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive, see, or store your card number. We see only what Stripe shows us: that a payment succeeded or failed, and the last four digits and card brand.
6. Callers to a Client's Business
At the start of every call, without exception, our AI voice agent discloses that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded and transcribed. This disclosure is made proactively, before any information is collected, and is intended to satisfy applicable call-recording consent requirements including California Penal Code Section 632.
During a call we process the call audio and a real-time transcript, which are necessary for the agent to understand and respond. When a caller books a reservation or places an order, the agent records the caller's name, phone number, party size or order details, and any notes the caller chooses to add.
The notes field is optional and open-ended. Callers may volunteer whatever they consider relevant — a seating preference, an occasion, a dietary restriction or allergy. We do not ask for health information, and we do not use anything a caller says for any purpose other than passing it to the business so the request can be honored.
Booking and order records are delivered to the business the caller called. That business decides how those records are used and retained thereafter. For this information, LineHost acts as a service provider to the business, not as an independent controller of the data.
7. How Long We Keep Information
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 30 days and then automatically and permanently deleted by our voice platform. Deletion is irreversible.
Reservation records are held in Cal.com, under an account we administer on the client's behalf. Pickup order records are held in our own database (Supabase). Both are shown together on the client's dashboard. On termination of a client relationship, you may request, within ninety (90) days of the termination date, a full export of your reservation and order records. After that 90-day period, if no request has been made, we may delete this data from our systems.
Client contact and contract records are retained for as long as the client relationship continues, and afterward for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Introductory call bookings — the name and email address collected when a prospective client books a call with us, as described in Section 3 — are retained while the inquiry is active and deleted when it is no longer relevant.
Signup form submissions from prospects who do not become clients are retained for thirty (30) days from submission, as described in Section 4.
8. Service Providers
We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the service. Each processes information on our behalf:
- Retell AI — operates the AI voice agent, including call handling, transcription, and storage of call data.
- Cal.com — scheduling and reservation records.
- Supabase — our database and file storage. Holds pickup order records, dashboard login accounts, and signup-form submissions (including uploaded menu files).
- Zapier — used for pickup order workflows only, passing order details between automated call steps. Zapier is not used for reservation bookings.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Netlify — hosts our website and dashboard, and runs the server-side functions that connect our dashboard to Cal.com and Supabase.
- Resend — delivers the confirmation email sent after a signup form submission, and the corresponding notification email sent to us.
- Northwest Registered Agent — business email hosting.
- Google Voice — our business telephone line.
We do not share information with anyone else except where required by law.
9. AI Model Training
We do not use client information, call recordings, transcripts, or caller information to train, fine-tune, or develop AI models.
Our voice platform provider, Retell AI, has confirmed to us in writing that the third-party model and speech providers on its subprocessor list operate under binding enterprise agreements and Data Processing Addendums enforcing zero-retention and no-training terms.
10. We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done so.
11. Security
Access to client accounts and call data is limited to Andrew Park. Contractors who work with LineHost are bound by written confidentiality obligations and are not given access to call recordings, transcripts, booking records, or client accounts. We use multi-factor authentication where our providers offer it and store credentials in a password manager.
Each client's dashboard account can only see that client's own orders and reservations; this separation is enforced at the database level, not only by the dashboard's design. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting a client's information, we will notify the affected client promptly.
12. Your Choices and Rights
If you are a caller and want to know what information was recorded about you, or want it deleted, the fastest route is to contact the business you called, since the booking record belongs to them. You may also contact us directly at the address below and we will assist.
If you are a client or prospective client, you may request a copy of the information we hold about your business, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
California residents have rights under California law to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of.
To make a request, email andrew@linehostoperations.com. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can, and may need to verify your identity or ask the relevant business to verify it before acting.
13. Children
Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the Last Updated date at the top. If a change materially affects an active client, we will notify that client in writing.
